Year end in one click
Wrap up lists what's left, then builds the whole CPA package as one ZIP: PDF and Excel reports, a trial balance for tax software, the general ledger, a QuickBooks file and the 1099 list.

Where are my books stored?
In one encrypted file on your computer. Nani has no cloud database and no account to sign in to. We never receive your books, transactions or reports.
Is the beta free?
Yes. The beta is free and complete, with no license needed. When Nani leaves beta, it will be free for 30 days, then $79 once, with 12 months of updates included.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your books stay safe on your computer, and you can still open them, look at everything and back them up. Working in them, exports and the CPA package wait until you enter a license key. Buy whenever you're ready and pick up right where you left off.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment buys a license that works for good, with 12 months of updates. Your version keeps working after that.
Can I get a refund?
You can try Nani free for 30 days before you buy, so sales are final. Bought twice by mistake? Email adamrcagle@gmail.com and we'll refund the extra purchase.
Does it replace my CPA?
No. Nani keeps your books and hands your CPA a clean, complete package. Your CPA still prepares and signs your return. Nani isn't tax, legal or accounting advice.
Which computers does it run on?
Macs with Apple Silicon or Intel, and Windows 10 or 11.
Why does my computer warn me when I install it?
The beta isn't signed with an Apple or Microsoft certificate yet, so your computer warns you the first time. The install steps on the download page walk you through it.
