Scoped monthly
An agreed scope, support capacity, and review cadence. Responsibilities and response expectations are defined in the agreement.
Your implementation may live in Salesforce, HubSpot, an internal tool, or a purpose-built agent. We start with your systems, available access, and the people responsible for decisions.
Starting prices reflect focused engagements. Your proposal confirms the scope, fee, timing, and responsibilities. Software, model usage, and any on-site travel costs are identified separately.
Depending on the scope, you receive a workflow assessment, a custom implementation, an independent readiness review, or ongoing operating guidance. The proposal defines the deliverables, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, and fee before work begins.
Can you build around our existing tools?
Yes. The work begins with your process, data, permissions, and systems. Salesforce, HubSpot, internal tools, and proprietary environments require discovery so we can establish what access and integration are practical.
Are the workflows on this site available as finished products?
The guided workflows demonstrate the kinds of systems I build. Your implementation is custom to your team. The skills marked for download are complete files you can use today.
Can you review an app or agent we already built?
Yes. Readiness reviews start at $3,500 USD for a single system. We agree on the evidence and review scope, identify what is verified and what remains uncertain, and prioritize the work needed. Larger scopes are quoted after discovery.
Do we need to be in Oregon to work together?
No. I am based in Bend and work remotely or on site with clients across the U.S. and internationally. Travel and working arrangements are agreed in the project scope.
